1.      Topic: Broker Supervision Requirements and Best Practices

This course will cover all nine areas of broker supervision included in the regulations. Topics include broker liability, duties, compensation, and reasonable and adequate supervision.

2.      Topic: Leading with Impact: Broker Management Essentials

Time: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Credit Hours: 1 Hour Broker Management

This one-hour course provides a comprehensive overview of broker management requirements. The course covers key definitions from the regulations and law, licensing and license renewal requirements, broker supervision requirements, and factors brokers need to consider when setting up a firm. This course discusses the nuts and bolts of setting up a real estate firm, including hiring employees and independent contractors, and how to properly manage and supervise them.
