This one-hour course provides a \;comprehensive overview of broker \;management requirements. The course covers \;key definitions from the regulations and law\, \;licensing and license renewal requirements\, \;broker supervision requirements\, and factors \;brokers need to consider when setting up a \;firm. This course discusses the nuts and bolts \;of setting up a real estate firm\, including hiring \;employees and independent contractors\, and \;how to properly manage and supervise them.
