USDA Rural Development Real Estate Professional Training: Selling More Rural Development Financed Homes Learn about USDA Rural Development's two loan programs that both offer 100% financing. We will discuss the similarities and differences amongst the programs as well as provide an overview of the programs, the loan process, and eligibility requirements.
