This is part 3 of BTVAR's New Member Orientation Program. This is a one-hour session with BTVAR Leadership to review what comes with your REALTOR membership. Part 3 is only offered in person, parts 1 & 2 may be completed on your own time.

Orientation Part 1: National Association of REALTORS® New Member Module

This is a fully virtual course that will walk you through some of the benefits included with your membership at the National level. You will need your NRDS ID to get started and once you have completed the course please download your certificate and email to our office. Please note, once you log in and begin the module you will have 30 days to complete, past that time you will have to start from the beginning. Visit https://lms.nar.realtor to begin.

Orientation Part 2: Fairhaven

Fairhaven is a new fair housing simulation training for REALTORS® that helps identify, prevent, and address discriminatory practices in real estate. You will need your NRDS ID for this as well. Get started at https://www.nar.realtor/fair-housing/fairhaven.
