Part 1:

Extreme Disclosure

Contrary to popular belief, the public does not want great customer service! The public wants an amazing customer experience.   Not being current harms the public. This is the most important class that you never took in real estate school!

After completing this course, participants will be able to list and identify the most common real estate situations that negatively harm and impact customers, clients and members of the public. Some of the most fundamental reasons members of the public are unhappy with the real estate community are inadequate and untimely disclosures, having no idea what's going to happen next, or having no idea what their true real-time costs will be. These things lead to an “Oh, by the way...” disclosure from unprepared agents. This makes transactions very HARD and stressful for the public.

This course provides the practitioner with real-world tools to give the public extremely thorough disclosures, realistic and true anticipated costs and procedures, and extremely detailed and honest explanations of what to expect during their real estate transaction to help the public avoid problems, liabilities, missteps and/or unlawful acts. The practitioner will have tools to Easify™ the real estate transaction for the public and provide better information to help the public make informed decisions.

Part 2:

Avoiding Data Security Roadkill

According to the National Association of REALTORS: “The REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice explicitly acknowledge a REALTOR's® obligation to preserve the confidentiality of personal information provided by clients in the course of any agency or non-agency relationship—both during and after the termination of these business relationships.”

The nature of real estate requires us to receive, transmit and keep the public’s most valuable information. We are routinely responsible for safeguarding a person’s digital life. Yet most agents lack data-protection awareness, training, systems, or worst-case scenario preparation.

We can no longer be reckless with the public’s data. Gone are the days when an agent could toss a deal folder on the back seat of their car or leave the public's personal information on their desk overnight without potential consequences.

This is the eye-opening course the public wishes you had taken years ago. You will be given tools that can be implemented immediately to ensure you are protecting the public and yourself from harm.

We will examine the many types of fraud, the reasons behind the fraud, what to look out for and prevention.  The intention of this course is to create hyper awareness for the agent and the public.
