Alan has been very fortunate to be a lifelong resident of Kingsport,Tennessee. He graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School and East Tennessee State University with a B.S.degree in Industrial Engineering Technology. He has been married to his best Friend, Pam for over 40 years. They have two Boston Terriers who complete their family. Alan is committed to serving his community by volunteering at Meals on Wheels and the Salvation Army. He has an extensive background in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Maintenance. He has also developed property, constructed homes and built church additions. He has owned and managed residential and commercial investment properties. His experience has instilled him to look at all real estate with a "ground up approach" while paying attention to the details.
