Laws change. Do you know what new statutes the General Assembly has enacted or the new regulations that affect your business? This course offers the most up-to-date Virginia law changes and board regulations. Using case studies, it will offer you a better understanding of how the law applies to you and how it protects both your interests and the interests of your clients. CE/PL Approved: 1 Hour Legal Updates with Flood Content and 5 Hours Real Estate Related OR 6 Hours Real Estate Related for CE; 6 Hours Real Estate Law with Flood Content for PL. NOTE: In order to receive class credit, you will need to attend both days.
